My Boss says we cant afford you or we don’t have a big enough budget!

No Problem, the first thing you need to do is convince your boss of the importance of photography and what it can do for the company.
Map out ideas and ways of using photography over the  upcoming year with the view of how it will help the company but also with the need to increasing the budget.
Look at some of the ideas that you can use here and if you need further help give me a call.
In the meantime get in touch anyway, I live in the real world as opposed to fantasy land and realise things can be tight and I will see what I can do.

We are a start up company and we don’t have that kind of money!

Hmm… Well, I will see what I can do, maybe your company has some area of interest that is exiting to me or I can find another way to fund the photography,
or it may be of a subject lacking in my portfolio, so get in touch anyway, you never know!

We have a Charity/Non-Commercial public event that we would like you to do Street Photography at but can’t afford you!

Cool, Well providing there is enough time in advance and with your help, perhaps my fee can be covered from the sale of prints to participants attending or some other way!
I can also give a percentage back to the charity/non-commercial event and may be even offer some vouchers for photography or prints that you can raffle!
Get in touch and lets see what other ideas we can come up with 🙂

My Boss says we need Copyright!

Are you sure?  Images for commercial clients come with a unrestricted use of all images!
Which means there are no additional fees on how big the print run is, or the type of media it is used in, or how long it is used for.
The Copyright does however remain mine! However in certain circumstances, the rights can be purchased at about three times my day rate (£2,385)
Does your Boss still want the copyright?

We need copyright so we can have our on branding available!

Images are supplied unbranded, with no watermarks (although you will see watermarks on the previews on this website) the downloaded images have no branding!

We need to be able to state that the images are our Copyright for control!

Best bet is to get in touch, if you can convince me I will do the photos at normal rates.

Due to the sensitive nature of our clients, we only want the photos on our website!

OK, No Problem!
Photos can be kept private for display on your website only!
Normally, I keep a set on my site in secured client area for ease of delivery, that acts as a backup for your images.
None of these are viewable to the general public and can only be viewed by yourself, by loging in with the username and password provided
If there are any further concerns just let me know as I am happy to meet your needs!

How much do you charge, what’s your rates?

You can find my rates here !
